Our fees depend upon the degree of
difficulty of the case, the skill required, the needs of the client
and the urgency of the matter.
Our fee will be either a fixed
amount or an hourly fee or in the case of a personal injury matter -
a contingency - meaning that there will be no cost to you unless we
are successful in obtaining money damages. If successful, we would
be paid a percentage out of the recovery.
The initial consultation whether in
person, by phone or via email is free, so there is no risk on your
part to learn what your rights and options are. After this initial
meeting, if you are not convinced that we will be able to protect
you to your complete satisfaction, you can simply decide not to hire
us. You'll owe us nothing.
Some individuals do try to defend
themselves without legal assistance, but this is usually risky
because the penalties can be harsh and the issues involved
