Jeremy M. McLendon is a partner with Micheli, Baldwin, Northrup LLP. He practices in areas of real estate development and leasing, construction and permanent mortgage lending, and title insurance. He is experienced in representing financial institutions in residential and commercial lending, real estate investment trusts and other lenders in construction loans, permanent loans and troubled loan workouts. Other areas of practice include business formation (including corporations, limited liability companies, etc.) probate, and estate planning.

Representative Experience:

• Represents local and out-of-state financial institutions in connection with permanent and construction financing of office buildings, shopping centers, warehouse facilities and apartment communities.
• Represents real estate developers in connection with site acquisition, development, zoning, construction financing, leasing, and permanent financing
• Represent real estate developers on single-family residential subdivision development.
• Representative and underwriter for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company of New York, regarding title insurance issues.
