• Has handled successfully may civil litigation matters in counties throughout Southeaster Ohio including, Muskingum, Guernsey, Morgan, Belmont, Perry, Fairfield, Holmes, Knox, Coshocton, Licking Washington, and Noble
• Has litigated subrogation actions, product liability claims, and personal injury claims in State and Federal courts
• Has argued cases in the Ohio Court of Appeals and The Ohio Supreme Court
• Has extensive jury trial experience in both civil and criminal proceedings
